Amazon Medical provide maintenance and support for all our products throughout the UK.

We offer a range of Contracts from Extended Warranty and Comprehensive Maintenance to one off Safety & Performance testing and breakdown repair.

Our medical service engineers operate nationally carrying out annual servicing and calibration procedures for your new and used medical equipment.

All of our medical service engineers are trained to the highest standards and operate to ISO 9001: 2008 and 13485 quality standards. We ensure that all equipment is maintained to statutory, advisory and manufacturer’s documentation as required by the Care Quality Commission – ‘Essential Standards Of Quality and Safety’ and in line with NHSLA risk management standards thus ensuring consistent and reliable validation of equipment.

Extended Warranty Contract (including parts)

Must be taken out within the initial 12 month warranty period.

Provides for one scheduled routine visit in a 12 month period, plus breakdown call-outs and all associated parts

Comprehensive Maintenance  (Excluding Parts)

Provides for one scheduled routine visits in a twelve month period, plus breakdown call-outs. Components will be charged at list price less 20% discount.

One Safety and Performance Assurance Visit

Provides for one scheduled routine visit in a twelve month period, but excludes components and any additional cost associated with breakdown call-outs.
